We’ve had such lovely chilly weather these last few weeks, a rare blessing here in Los Angeles. I am particularly grateful for today’s cool and cozy vibes, which, in conjunction with a not-too-difficult comic page and a healthy dose of the Mountain Goats, is just what the doctor ordered. This has been another long, busy week, some of it unavoidable, some of it (sort of) self-imposed. All the things that needed to go right–and quite a few other things–worked out quite well, but there were a couple emotionally fraught moments that I needed to recover from, and I’m glad I got the chance to do so today. Crossing my fingers that the holiday week will be lighter, and I’ll continue to have enough slack in my schedule to enjoy the weather now and again!
