This begins a section of the comic where I really really regret using a huge cast of secondary characters as an emotional hook for Jekyll. The Lodgers are fine to write but to draw . . . gees, like, why did I plan a comic like this? It would be frustrating enough to get a storyboarding assignment that calls for a big crowd just kind of hanging around in the background, but it's even worse when it's in a comic form and I have to clean up, color, and light all these brats individually. There's also a new Lodger in the right hand corner! I'm not sure what her name is yet, but I arbitrarily decided that there Had to Be exactly twenty characters in the first panel there (why??) and Rachel is way too smart to get caught. (There are a few missing Lodgers who weren't in the street when the police arrived.) I'm pretty sure this is the last new Lodger I will be adding, save perhaps for Kickstarter cameos.
